Middle School Rally 2015 East

Join youth this fall for faith, fun, and food at our Regional Middle School Rallies! You don't want to miss the amazing special guest speakers, inflatables and games, and of course, PIZZA! Group registration is only $25 per participant (youth and chaperone) which covers the cost of dinner and all activities. Registration is open now! We hope to see you there!

Don't miss special guest Chris Padgett who will be joining us to discuss our Catholic faith in his signature style.

GROUP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUTH MINISTERS:

1. Download forms here! Everyone must have a completed form to attend! Have youth and adults fill out and sign forms, then return to you.

2. Choose to pay by credit card or offline.

3. Select the number of tickets being purchased. Only the Ticket Buyer's information is needed to purchase the tickets, more detailed registration will follow once Eventbrite registration is completed.

4. Forward the ORIGINAL signed forms and payment to the Diocese following the instructions that pop up. Payment and forms may be submitted the night of the rally.
